Today was a very trying day. Another day dealing with medical bull shit. I really hate when I have to do that. I had to go and get the results of my X-ray. Turns out that  I was right about there not being a break or anything. But they want me to see an orthopedic surgeon. They think it’s my carpal tunnel  getting worse. I really freakin’ hope not. They might have to go in and do more surgery. I cannot and will not be okay with this.

Didn’t get a lot of writing in this morning despite my best effort. I have Michelle awake at the Commune hospital, but that’s as far as it got. I want to really draw things out as long as I can.  I want this to be a long novel.

The Big Bang Theory is ending tonight, and I’ve decided to not watch it Live. I will be watching it tomorrow because by then I’ll feel a bit better about it. I’m not worried about not seeing Johnny Galecki again. This means I will need to go back and watch The Conners because I didn’t watch it when it came back. Just to see if David had any cameos when the season began. But even if he didn’t, I’m gonna be sad.

About to start reading more in Eye of the World. I started reading some of it today at the doctor’s office. I am on Chapter 1. I want to be well into the story by the end of the weekend even though I do have Splatfest on Saturday.  Gonna go back to reading.  😊  I need more Mat and Rand.

The Big Bang Theory is over as far as new episodes. I will probably start watching in reruns again on TBS like I used to do on Saturdays. I am not quite ready to let go of my nerds yet.  Or my Geek  Charming. Leonard Hofstadter being my favorite person ever in the history of TV series. All the stuff he put up with for Sheldon. It kinda makes me glad that I never watched the Friends series finale.  ☹  when it originally aired, I mean. Even when I saw it a few years later I bawled my eyes out.  I remember Full House ending.  I cried so much then, too, and that was way before  I ever got attached to characters as muses and such things. You have to remember this was before the internet when we could find out if an actor we liked on a particular show was going to be doing anything else.

As I mentioned earlier, I am not worried much about seeing Johnny Galecki. I will just have to keep an eye on his Twitter, IMDB, and any other social medias I can get my hands on. And yes, I want to see the others in things, too. It’s just that Johnny was my favorite, and I want to see him continue to do well. I already know that Jim Parsons is a versatile actor. He was in Hidden Figures as an antagonist! (No, I still haven’t watched that movie, but it is on my list.)

Okay, I did what I set out to do, and now I am going to read, and take my meds. Hopefully tomorrow will wield a much better day.

Oh wait! I forgot to tell you guys! I have a new idea for a reading blog. I am going to write about my experience reading The Lord of the Rings as a reader instead of an over obsessed fangirl who only read the last two books because she wanted to make sure that Meriadoc Brandybuck  and Peregrine Took survived. I’m dead serious. As much as I loved Samwise Gamgee in the movies, Pippin and Merry were my favorite, and they were all that mattered as far as who survived.  So I plan to blog my reaction to the books from Fellowship of the  Ring on.  Not sure how I will do it yet, but I’m gonna work that out in the next few weeks.

After The Lord of the Rings, I will be reading Les Miserables and I will be blogging that too.  I will talk more about that later.

But here is the thing. I got the idea from a blogger who blogged their experience reading The Wheel of  Time by Robert Jordan.  I can’t read a lot of the blog right now because I have to get to Chapter 9 before I can even read the first one. But that’s okay. I’m already on Chapter 2.  I enjoy reading about Matrim and Rand. I think there is another character, too, but I love Matrim and Rand. It didn’t take me that long to remember why Mat had been one of my original WoT muses.  Teehee He has so much Pippin Took in him. I don’t know whether or not that was intentional, but it really kinda helps me feel comfortable in this new world. I love my short term memory to be honest. At least in this respect because it’s like reading it for the first time ever. Yes there are certain things I remember upon reading it, but only a little.

Okay, I’m officially going to get this printed off, and get it in my journal, then try and take my meds so I can sleep. I haven’t slept well in a few days. And at least I can sleep in a little bit. I haven’t heard yet from Michelle if we are going to Hudson for KFC, but she’ll probably let me know in the morning.  I’ll see you guys tomorrow!
