An OMG Night of NO SLEEP.

So I did the wrong thing last night.  I took 4 pills that had 65mg each of caffeine, and then drank 2 12oz cans of Coca Cola (Generic) which also had caffeine in it. When I did the math just right, it came out to having consumed 250 some milligrams of caffeine before bed. All of this to try and get rid of a migraine that I wanted so badly to disappear so that I could go to church. 

Well, guess what? I was up until nearly 4 am, and I didn't go to church this morning. In fact, as soon as I have Mom's clothes out of the dryer for the day, I am probably going back to bed. I am so exhausted, but also very disgusted with myself. I guess that will teach me not to read the labels of my generic shit more closely.  Anyway...

Tomorrow I see my new doctor. I am so excited about that, I can't stand it. I am seriously hoping that they can figure out a better treatment for my migraines that don't include Botox. I hate needles, and I am not overly enthused with the idea. I was thinking of an increase in the dose of my Imitrex so that the headache goes away quicker instead of taking me out for a day. Mom's dose works perfectly, and I only take half of that at a time. So I might ask if my dosage can be changed to whatever that is. 

Other plans for today include reading Time Bomb and Verify by Joelle Charbonneau when I'm not sleeping, writing when I'm not reading, and planning NaNoWriMo when I'm not doing either of those two things.  I would like to see some more progress on my 4th Umbrella Academy fanfic, but we'll see. It seems as though the Villain Kids from Descendants are more talkative lately than my dysfunctional super hero muses. May be time for a rewatch of TUA Season 1. If I lose my Five, Klaus, Ben, or Diego, or even Hazel, there goes my fanfic. Even though Hazel has been a dick in the last two fanfics, I want to believe he and I can come to some kind of agreement about what side he really wants to be on. (Currently in my version of the world, Hazel is the new Handler at the Temps Commission... but he has his own reason for what he did, and I'm in total respect of it, even if I know it is going t hurt my babies until things are resolved in the end) . 

I had planned for fic #3 to be the end of the first set of fics that involved Lyndsay as a young child, but Hazel apparently had other ideas, and that's how Fic #4 was born. LOL. Sometimes, you've just gotta listen to those muses! I just can't wait to see what kind of schemes he gets up to in this fic, and I Love watching him  and Five go at it. I don't know why... lol. Five just intrigues me.
