Okay. So I didn't really announce it or make a huge deal of it, but I did technically do NaNoWriMo this year. I didn't do it well or properly, but I did it. I didn't update every day like I normally would have. Hell, I didn't even work on the project I was supposed after the third day in November. (That is actually on par with my recent attempts at NaNo, so that's fine, actually... lol). The project I was meant work on was a reworking and novelization of the General story from Cat's Eye by Stephen King. I didn't get very far with it, sorry to say. I didn't get bored, but I had other, much louder muses. So I listened to those. I did, however, save the Cat's Eye story, and I will be working on it as it allows me, so. We haven't heard the last from General, I promise. I didn't win either. Not technically. I didn't post a win. I know I didn't write 50k words. So I'm not gonna bother with authenticating this year. We'll try again next year.

November 13th was the best day ever. Why? Well. Netflix released what is sure to become my next TV fandom obsession. Wednesday! We knew that was gonna happen. I've had a soft spot for Wednesday Addams for as long as i Can remember. Of course my memories stem more from Christina Ricci's version from the 90s movies done by Barry Sonefield. But. Jenna Ortega and Tim Burton (My GOD do I love Tim Burton's creativity sometimes. He's such a goddamn genius.) are bringing a whole other level to her, and I am here for it. It's probably got a lot to do with the fact they're giving her a bit of a Young Adult-esque spin, and we all know by this point how much I love YA and stuff. Anyway. So I finally got up to episode 4. And....that leads me to....

"You better duck when I show up, the goo goo muck..." Goddamn it, Wednesday show, I could KILL you. It's not like I haven't gotten addicted less than wholesome songs before. I mean shit, Fitz and the Tantrum has one that is just plain nasty, but I really could care less cause it's addictive all get out. "WE fuck and then we fight." Is literally one of the lyrics, and I will sing it at the top of my lungs unless Mommy Candice is around, and then I do a "clean" version which is "screw" and then we fight.." LOL But anyway</>. Yeah,

"Goo Goo Muck" is straight up explicit. But I just....today alone, I probably listened to it 20 times. And still can't get enough. Might need to find a way to make it a ringtone. Maybe Zedge will have it. So thank youy VERY much to whomever decided that was what was gonna become Wednesday's iconic Dance song. I had my crochet ladies giggling this morning. <3
