The Iron Fey, Untopia, Pain
So there are three things I wanna talk about today. The first is this new book series I discovered thanks to a library book sale. It's called The Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa. For the longest time, I had taken a break from the faery genre. Yes, I know that technically Netherlings like Morpheus are technically treated like faeries. But I mean, a series that was purposely set in the realm of the faeries such as the Unseelie and Seelie Courts. This series has translated the myth of the fae that I've come to know from Holly Black and Cassandra Clare into it's own thing while paying homage to it at the same time. I think both Black and Clare would like this series.
April is coming. That means it's time to make a decision about whether or not I am going to actually do Camp NaNoWriMo. I have set up as if I will, but I don't know if that means anything, to be honest. I have my newest idea, Untopia, playing in my head. Michelle, and my two main male characters are yammering on like crazy. However, I've been finding other, older manuscripts that also want my attention. But this year for Camp, I really want to focus on just one project. And one alone. So it may have to be Untopia.
Still in pain because of the fall I took last month. I'm sure I should probably have seen the doctor, but the thing is that it comes and goes. I probably shouldn't even be on the computer right now, but I'm so bored, and I don't wanna keep using my phone like it's my own way of talking to people.
Besides, I probably need to start Apping people for Storybrooking again. The first thing I'm gonna do is make a new spreadsheet though so I can start over. Not sure who I'm gonna bring in first though. Hmm. I really don't know. Some of the people who were in are probably gone now. Maybe I'll just bring in who's loudest. Which means probably Puck from the Iron Fey series. Which means I will have to request the fandom. I'll try and bring some others in after that, but at least it's a start. <3 This way I have to wait for adds, and not be brought back in right away. Once I'm back, I'll see who everyone might want from me.
